First of all let me tell you that I have had a really bad week for eating way too much!
As I explained in last week’s meal plan I had a couple of night out’s planned so they have sabotaged my diet completely. The first was our free Curry (from Facebook comp) and then out again for Chinese and drinks.
I have made sure that I will be eating a lot better this week coming.

I am planning on having a BIG crack down on my diet this week so I will be trying as many slimming shakes as I can (sorry bit naughty). I have scheduled in some salad etc just in case I can’t stomach a shake that day.
