Meal Plan Week 16/09/2018

First of all let me tell you that I have had a really bad week for eating way too much!

As I explained in last week’s meal plan I had a couple of night out’s planned so they have sabotaged my diet completely. The first was our free Curry (from Facebook comp) and then out again for Chinese and drinks.

I have made sure that I will be eating a lot better this week coming.

Sunday Rice Pot & Fruit Fresh Salmon & Salad
Monday Homemade Salad Box Pork Chops, Mustard Mash and Veg
Tuesday Homemade Salad Box or Shake Chilli & Rice
Wednesday Shake Chicken Stir Fry
Thursday Salad Box Meatloaf & Mash
Friday Leftovers from Meatloaf Slimming World Scotch eggs

I am planning on having a BIG crack down on my diet this week so I will be trying as many slimming shakes as I can (sorry bit naughty). I have scheduled in some salad etc just in case I can’t stomach a shake that day.

I had been doing really well with my eating plan until the end of next week. We we were in the path of Florence and I did not handle that well. We didn’t get too much damage, but I need to get my eating back on track.

I really should do better at planning my meals once I am back home from vacation. I find that more often than not I end up skipping breakfast and then it goes downhill from there. Hope you have a great week and healthy balanced meals.

Good luck! I love the idea of planning it out ahead of time to make sure you stick with it. My problem is I don’t plan ahead, so I’m shuffling around at the last min and so hungry I just wanna eat anything I can get my hands on.

This is an interesting meal plan. I often do my planned dieting but never plan for a week in advance which I think is a smart idea and makes you more accountable. I love some of your dishes.
